Far too many times I've found that if I don't do it then no one will. I now always check to see if it's my problem before sending elsewhere. Hopefully to the person/team that can fix it.

I think the internet is definitely one of the things the Millenials are doing instead of country clubs. It's also been suggested recently as one of the reasons for the declines in teenage pregnancy rates in the UK.

seem to remember some councils installing Smart trash bins so that they could fine you if you put trash in the recycling bin and recycling in the non-recycling bin. Wonder what is does with the IOTrash things cause I thought that would require special recycling.
