This issue is fixed in the NPM 10.2 Release Candidate. As always, we would love to see what you guys think of it, so give it a try! There is more information about NPM 10.2 and how to sign-up for the RC here.

That's odd. I can easily open the PDF from FF. Did you try logging into your thwack account before accessing the URL from IE? If you still can't access it, let me know so I can email you the doc. Thanks! DH

Hi all, The issue has been resolved as of last Friday, 7/18. We tried re-sending the confirmation emails for orders that were placed between 7/8 and 7/18, but that was unsuccessful. BTW, I would also check out the Browse menu on the far right. You can filter the Browse menu by type of content and content that is specific to you (e.g. your authored discussions, your followed discussions, etc.). Check it out. DH

Hi Jack-- I believe what you are trying to do is filed as a feature request (see here). I don't know if this would meet your needs, but there is the option to acknowledge alerts via email. I would recommend searching through thwack as there are multiple threads that contain information on how to accomplish this. Thanks, DH
