Thanks for responding. So I'm guessing you had to add an action (Powershell command) to each condition you wanted to send to ServiceNow? Yes. Sounds cumbersome. I'll look into it, but obviously was hoping for a more seamless integration.

Also, I'm curious if your response ruleset is set to "Notify every time"? Or if your event is still in "active" status it may not trigger again.

Thanks for asking the question James. We are also interested in implementing ServiceNow integration with SQL Sentry and would love to hear your experience.

Upgrade went well. So far, no issues. Probably took around 4 hours to complete and validate.

We are using gMSA accounts with DPA with no issues. I don't believe we have any alerts running that execute a database query. Will have to test locally. Any success opening a case with SolarWinds?

I'm not seeing this as a delivered report from SolarWinds. You can create an alert of course. Otherwise you might have to submit an enhancement request?

I haven't experienced this issue as I don't believe we have any servers using more than one SQL instance. However, I'm wondering if you tried registering the server using only server name and port number as opposed to the instance name? Or used servername\instancename? Or if both failed for you.

Have you attempted the latest upgrade to 2025.2.2? We have it scheduled for tomorrow.
