Can confirm that this has been removed, however now they're not recommending updating to 12.7.6 so I'll stay at my current version for now I guess

I've received word from support that this is a known issue, and that they do not recommend updating to 12.7.6. Pretty disappointing.

This was the issue, it appears they don't allow us to use the Active Directory password in this field, which is extremely dissapointing. Hope they add the functionality to use the linked password soon. Thanks!

I have, the issue persists.

I am logged in as an admin when I'm making these changes, and the other user who has admin tried making the same changes as well but we both get the same "Invalid password" error.
-
Good to know. Mine does too, however when I fill out the current password field to save settings with my password I still get the incorrect password error. It doesn't autofill the current password field for me. Will have to look into whether or not this is because of AD, which I'm beginning to think it might be.

Our organization uses LastPass, so this could be a cause. When you are editing a user's account, should there be text inside of the password/confirm password for the tech's password? Not sure if that is where LastPass is autofilling or not. Thanks

Thanks for the response! Our organization has all of our tech and client accounts linked, and everyone's login in bound to our Active Directory, so I'm not sure if this would cause issues with this feature.

The item that we would be attaching to the email would need to be kept for record purposes, so I'm not sure we'd be able to provide that in the actual body of the email.
