Did the TCP regedits and the connection string fixes, helped some. Getting an error attempting to do the post-install configuration on Orion 2018.2 Hotfix 2 which is supposed to fix a lot of the breakage. AV is disabled.

We have it, too. I got a change window to install SAM 6.6 (from 6.4) and IPAM to latest-since-November -- on May 31. Lucky me, getting alllll the new components as soon as they were posted.
