Hi, Im having the same issue after installation of CU6 for Exchange 2013. I've checked powershell permissions are ok, but i still get a Connecting tothte remote server failed with the following error: The WinRM client received an HTTP bad request status (400)

The CU6 overwrites the WinRM permissions in IIS, so you will have to enable this before you can run the auto configure.
