Thank you very much for the answer. We fixed it by removing the AP from the WLC and adding it again. Then, orion platform started seeing it as well. 

How can I do that? The orion is populating the info from the wireeless controller. 

The C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Orion\RabbitMQ\ directory where the logs should be doesn't contain any log file/directory, so I haven't checked any logs. Would it be helpful to check Event Viewer (windows logs?)
