I've been in both situations, a company that did not support, educate or train it's employees - I spent my two years working there revamping my CV and applying for other jobs. Hi Raul, Thanks - the device is monitored by snmp and Solarwinds does show the 'unkown' IP address in the node details. I am able to gather netflow data from the node however for some reason SolarWinds does not recognise Flows from this particular IP address. I have raised a ticket with SW. Thanks

Hi - Just an FYI incase anyone else sees this issue. I raised a ticket with SolarWinds. I had to install HF3 for NTA 4.2.1 and it seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks
