Hi, Have you found out anything new? Have you made any progress? Regards, Jiri

Hi, Have you tried carrying out the Node Sync? NCM Settings -> Add or Manage Nodes -> Node Sync (top right) Regards, Jiri
-
Hi igemon, It's likely that NCM will select the right device template automatically. If not, the "Cisco IOS" one will probably work. Please let me know if you succeeded. Regards, Jiri

Hi, Can you please post a concrete example when the empty line should be ignored? I'm not 100 % sure from the description above. Regards, Jiri

Hi, Please take a look at the session trace. Depending on your NCM version, you enable it either in Win32 GUI (File->Settings->Advanced, NCM 7.0.x and below) or Web UI (Settings->NCM Settings->Advanced Settings, NCM 7.1 and newer). The session trace can be found in "{NCMInstallDir}\Session-Trace". Regards, Jiri

Hi aaron.damyen, Is this issue related to a specific product? Regards, Jiri

Hi, The command should read DownloadConfig. I.e. <Command Name="DownloadConfig" Value="save config${CRLF}y${CRLF}"/> or <Command Name="DownloadConfig" Value="save config${CRLF}y"/> Regards, Jiri

Hi csowerby, What is the issue when you try to perform the same action via NCM? Regards, Jiri
-
Hi, Looks like the case is still on-going. Would you please post the resolution once (hopefully ) found? Thanks, Jiri

Hi, Sure you have the possibility. Currently, scheduled jobs can be configured from the NCM Win32 GUI -- yes, there is one! You just have to RDP to the NCM server... The long-term plan is to migrate this functionality to Web UI but we are not there yet. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards, Jiri

Hi, I think this is caused by the fact that some devices in the set you select have different values of these fields (username, password, etc.). Anyway, I recommend you to upgrade to NCM 7.2 end enjoy the new Global Connection Profiles feature. Regards, Jiri
-
Hi, Yes, supposing you use NCM 7.3.x, almost all NCM functionality is available in the Web. (The only major remaining part in the Win32 application are NCM reports.) You actually don't need to add the devices to NCM via Discovery. You can use the Orion Node management page, select devices, edit properties -- say "Yes" for…

Hi, Have you succeeded? Jiri

Hi John___, after consulting with our dev team, I can confirm that what you would like to have is, unfortunately, not supported now. Regards, Jiri
-
Moved to NPM/Core space.

Hi jeffnorton, This is controlled by the maintenance jobs since NCM 7.2: Regards, Jiri
-
Hi, That is a feature request #38899. Regards, Jiri
-
RichardLetts, I don't think you can control the order of encryption algorithms used by NCM, but I'll let our engineers confirm that through your support case. What's the Fortigate OS version you upgraded to? If it's 5.2.5, then it's a known issue and Fortigate is working on a fix. Jiri
-
Brian, These would be feature requests. Jiri

JustinY, The purpose of FSM is different from NCM. NCM handles device configs on syntax level. FSM analyzes semantics. I agree that it makes good sense to integrate these two products tighter. Regards, Jiri

I'd ask goodzhere if I were you. Jiri

Hi, Your situation may have different resolutions based on what you exactly mean by 'I don't need that device under NPM'. Are you saying you don't need to poll that device for status? Regards, Jiri
-
Hi, this question is answered in comments on What we are working on for NCM Jiri

Hi Tim, The following thread might help: . Regards, Jiri

Hi nfordhk, I guess no one will be able to help with such old version. Please consider using the current version. Regards, Jiri

What happens if you use the Orion VMAN module (IVIM)? Jiri

Hi, Could you please provide more details? Or, if you are convinced there's a bug, I suggest opening a support case. Regards, Jiri
-
Hi Wan, Could you please post more details? The template, steps that you took, screenshots etc. Then we'll hopefully be able to help you. Regards, Jiri
-
Hi, If I understand your request, what you want are more details to be polled about individual disks. Then, it would make sense to have a dedicated disk details view. In the current situation, all the information we poll about disks fits in the "Disks on this Array" resource. Edit: We do pull a few more details on the…
