Hi hthit, We don't have a list of devices that work with NCM. Basically, almost any device with CLI works -- there are just a few exceptions. Hi thekraken, If you are sure that the OIDs you need are not collected by NCM, then you just need to run an appropriate "show" command (in Cisco terminology) that displays the required information. Hi Peter, first be sure you check this thread. It gives you intructions how to adjust the device template for your contexts. If you want to be able to download configuration for all contexts with "one click", you can create a (scheduled) job for it. Regards, Jiri

Hi bharris‌, The old jobs of NCM 7.0.2 are left on the file system in the Jobs folder as a backup. The majority of the jobs should be migrated without problems. If you are talking about SRM Orion module, you don't have to do anything unless you want to use Storage Manager (or SRM Profiler) at the same time and integrate the licensing. Please share some details of your setup. Jiri
