  • I have it all set not but I have tried quite a few ways to set the OID for the Machine Type but it seems to not be there... It seem to simply grab the "net-SNMP - linux" and not one forum post give a good answer to how to change this.

  • I would love to know who to set this value... I'm want to set Machine TYpe System Name and Location (on the devices) but can't find any Document on how this information is changed or where it comes from. Can anyone shed some light? I'm using linux on the machines I would like to change.
