This thing is happening all the time ... for some reason lem appliance logs out ... wen i try to login it says unable to connect??... and then when i restart the whole desktop console .. it gets back... like this i'm loosing all the log data and the alerts??? is there any way i can retrieve all the old alerts ???

To get you in brief.. i have installed VMware vshpere client 5 and solar wind manager onto a server Then i have installed the desktop console software on one of the pc .. the server and the pc are on same network i can ping the server from pc .. when try to connect same thing from solar winds LEM its asking for password…
