It Would be great to import an import to the group icons. My SWSD is getting more teams on board and i would like to customize the groups with the country flags.

Looks like it may be a duplicate. I want the Requester on the pane thats frozen next to the incident number. That way while going through tickets and comments we dont lose track as to who the requester is.
