I had this same question. Since it was never answered here, and support wanted to do a WebEx to answer it, I'll post what I found works as of July 2021 with SEM 2020.4.1 Example: I want to either include or exclude search results for a word like "flugglebinder" that has a trailing underscore when it appears in a…

After testing this tonight, changing from SQL based logging to w3c text file logging indeed was the final configuration piece that got my logging going. Craíg

Thanks again, HolyGuacamole I just popped back in to say that instead of trying to reverse whatever happened to the default "Alert Me When a Node Reboots" alert, I just created a brand new one and it tested successfully. Now I just have to scrap the little I thought I understood about creating alerts and learn best…

Hi, again, Nicole Your answer was the correct one, in combination with the fact that I overlooked editing the path to reflect the location of the log files. Here is the bigger issue, though: removing the suppression condition does not return the alert to a working state. If an in-experienced user like myself…

Thank you, Nicole I don't see anything in the "LEM Internal Events" that is indicative, but I do find this in the spoplog after trying to turn on the connector: Tue Feb 11 14:14:08 CST 2014) WW:STATUS [FastEvaluator] Added ToolId:IISW3CLog (Tue Feb 11 14:14:08 CST 2014) WW:STATUS [FastEvaluator] Added ToolId:IISW3C7_0 (Tue…

Just after I posted this question earlier today, I disabled time syncing of my Solar vm server with its vSphere host, then re-synced the time of my Solar vm server with my domain servers and domain time. Since then the error has not recurred. I'm still not clear on why the message suggests a DB time difference when the SQL…
