Have you looked into sysmon integration? Modifying ion-storm (github) config may have some benefit to you here. Believe currently has mimikatz, log specific events created by empire etc.

Found the easiest method is to call a recycler for old spare part equipment. Recyclers normally do a free pickup, they in turn smelt for the gold. Drives are always shredded with a certificate which is generally the only cost we accrue when disposing of old equipment.
