What's the most important data to you in this command output and why?
-
slebbon - thanks for this detailed feedback. Yes, the API is definitely interesting and empowering, but no one seems to have it installed.
-
You're referring to the Firepower functionality, right?
-
Thanks nickzourdos!
-
What are "site to site sub groups"?
-
Can you elaborate on "Amazingly intuitive logging of ACL hits"?
-
You and I are on the same wavelength! Thanks for the feedback.
-
What metrics do you want about each context?
-
Just to make sure: you want to see which ACL is applied to an interface. You're not looking to assign an ACL to an interface. Right?
-
Could you provide the case number?
-
I'm not precisely sure what SAM added/retained means. Some of this is account specific, so your best bet is to reach out to your account rep and see what options are available.
-
You've tried running a repair? Do you have a case open?
-
Do you have your previous case number handy?
-
Looks like something to do with your account. Will send you a direct message to work it out.

The Manage Custom Properties page allows you to edit the available custom properties and, separately, to edit what those custom properties are set to for your nodes. Those are two separate functions. To me, it makes sense that if I'm editing the available custom properties for all of my nodes, I wouldn't want that to…

What would you do with this? I've been thinking about this lately as well.
-
This is not something we're prepared to share. In general we don't provide this information ahead of a release.
-
Apologies for the inconvenience. Do you have any tickets that need some extra attention?
-
Alex and SJA, While we've spent a considerable amount of time on our topology engine and it works in many situations, it's certainly not perfect. We're always looking to make it better, and one of the key things that help us do that is additional environments to to scan and map. If either of you would be interested in…

As the person who wrote and sent the email, I can assure you "everyone" did not get the email. A very small percentage did. Most of the people seeing this thread don't know what you're talking about because they did not get the email and can't see the RC available in their portal yet. I posted release notes elsewhere in…

Those should definitely work. And you're saying that NTM exists on the same server that is successfully polling and identifying with NPM? If that's the case, opening a Support ticket is probably the best option: SolarWinds Customer Support - We're Here to Help

If you have Orion, NTM in the web just makes sense. NTM provides value even without Orion though. If NTM were pushed to the web, customers who don't own Orion would likely find that to be a very strange thing for their needs. As an example, if you're a consultant doing discovery on a new network, it would be less than…

I came to provide a response but I see Diner already got you the good info!
-
We're set for now but I'll keep you in mind for the future. Thanks!

Thanks!

Thanks!

Sign up takes a minute or so and then you get to know what's in the beta. So... you could do that then decide if you want to proceed with download. Just sayin'.
-
I'm sorry!
-
This info, regrettably, is only available after you sign up in the link above (but before you download). Sorry for the hassle. There are Reasons(tm) other being too lazy to update the text. I'm working on it though!

It's an interesting idea, but we can and do get similar feedback based on interactive mockups. The most important thing about beta feedback is finding out if the software works with network gear outside of our lab. Also, folks ability to understand and find problems with data betas present is way better when it's data…
