Here is the screenshot we have sent them.. Support seems to be narrowing it down to a dll that won't register in Com+ ... Just not sure yet exactly why its refusing to register... Tried different security accounts to set as identity and no luck yet...

I upgraded from 8.1 with 3 hotfixes to 8.5 to fix a trap engine problem and now my whole orion enviornment has been down case 16653 support has been sluggish.. like nearly 24 hours between contacts.. I will also run the diagnostics and send it in to the case... Errors I get are... from URL…

Installation error due to licensing mess up.. but still not fully operational.. 2 pollers By installing everything except universal poller we are back up.. still want to fix it.. any ideas appreciated.
