As pabley stated the prompt you get when click authorize should be the desired mailbox credentials. If you use yours it will pull your mailbox in to make tickets (know from personal experience).

Tried that and it will change the status every time the ticket is updated back to Open.

stevendolinsky, It is not a matter of visibility all tiers can see "Working". Working status is used by the tech to acknowledge the ticket and are working on it. Issue if I am Tier 1 and was working on a ticket and status set to "Working" when I escalate to next Tier unless I remember to set back to "Open" the next Tier…
