Priority is configured at request type/ticket level, doesn't matter which tech group/ tech is assigned. You can select a default priority for a Request Type. If a request type will be used by both departments, you can either a) manually change the priority when a tech updates the ticket b) configure the original request…

A Tech user can select an asset first and then the reservation info can be reviewed and selected.

Don't think the trigger conditions work as a node's name can't be server 1 and server 2 at the same time. The advanced option will allow you to check two or more servers' status.

The information you need is not included in the report templates at the moment. Alternatively, you can use Search (Tickets->Search Tickets->Basic/Advanced search) to find the tickets you need, and customize the information should display (Column Set) and Export the results.

You should submit a ticket with the support team to investigate it further. Submit a Ticket | SolarWinds Customer Portal

Does the client account have a company associated? It could be the limitation on company locations.

The priorities are associated with Request Types. You can create a separate set of priorities for the new department and assign it to the Request Types they use.

You can use "Status" in Asset search or "Asset Status" in report filter.
