Yes, I should have been more clear. POP3 and IMAP are blocked so we have to use Exchange/Office 365. That is when we are getting an authorization error due to the security. It (our mail server) also only works with Outlook 2016 and the most recent version of Mail for Mac. It does not surprise me that WHD is having issues.…

We had to put in an exception to our campus IT to allow us to use basic auth. It would be great if WHD didn't need this.
