Hey, the "No such host is known" sounds to me like you're having an issue with name resolving. Have you tried connecting to the machine using its FQDN or ip? If so, can you actually ping the machine from your CLI?

Hey delongm, the DameWare MRC Agent stores its settings in the registry, so the fastest way to change them is to push the registry keys via GPO, alternatively you could use Remote Support and Batch Edit the Registry keys you need to change on a set of machines. There should be a DWRCS.reg file in your dameware installation…

Hey rprosenhamer, The DRS Internet Proxy is included in the central server installation file, I would however recommend putting the Proxy in your DMZ. Just Download the Central Server installer from your Customer portal. Hope this helps.

Hi ldoodle, unfortunately the AD Importer will only create DameWare based users, so no SSO ( and I have no idea what the default password they're set to is ) If you want to use SSO you'll have to use the AD Manager and create a synchronizer instead.
