We can hide the request details field for particular request types, that is what we are doing for now Procedure : Setup -> Tickets -> ABC (Request Type) -> Uncheck the Hide Request Details check box.

Hi Syed, Even we are facing the same issue. Though in our situation we have already mentioned username without domain. So we tried to put domain with username but, it didn't worked. Hi peter.kruty, Can we also make the ticket request type non-editable to techs. We have seen many cases that the techs have accidentally changed the ticket request type and the entire ticket approval process went for a toss. Regards, Chinmay

Hi Elee, Even we are creating our required reports in Tableau. It serves all the requirements of our customer exactly as they required. SolarWinds needs to improve a lot on their Dashboards.
