I haven't tried to reset the default admin password specifically, at least not recently, but I think this still works even now as you still can change user permissions in the accounts table on current versions. Honestly, I'm not sure if that depth of integration is possible right now in the alerting, but I'll check and see if anyone else knows. You also may raise it with support and see if they have feedback. Teams integration has gained traction recently, so there may be an additional solution.

If nothing else changed on the dashboard or in your installation, you probably should chat with support to make sure there isn't a larger issue in your environment. That shouldn't just "go away" without something changing.
