When I made sure in Administration and Reporting -> Active Tasks view to see if it is still listed as a current task. I have delete but not stop. If I click on delete will is this the same as stop?

I though that would be the way to go, going thur Patch Manager to approve IE 9, and 10 and 11 is equal to upgrading IE versions to 11. Anyone other solutions?

I had the same problem. I think this is due to check your install package. the install of Flash you might be trying to install is actually Adobe Flash Player 22.0.0.210 not 22.0.0.209.
