I'm looking at this too. I've so far got bandwidth in/out for each peer, but need to find someway to find/alert for fatal errors... I've seen a failstatus table, and that might be the key for us... I'll keep you posted.

I've found this to be a good resource for Cisco ASA's: http://www.activexperts.com/admin/mib/Cisco/CISCO-IPSEC-FLOW-MONITOR-MIB/objects/ I've so far been monitoring (& graphing) in/out bandwidth for each peer, in/out drops for each peer, in/out notifies for each peer, although I must confess I don't know what a drop means…

I do like Cisco ASA's are finally getting some love. Things like HA failover and P/S health don't even show up in NPM now...

I meant porting all of NPM to run natively on Linux... Windows adds a lot of unwanted overhead...

You know what would be really nice is if it ran natively on Linux... (just sayin')

Me 20th, been struggling to try to monitor S2S VPN tunnels. I finally got bandwidth being monitored, but what we'd really like to know is if the tunnel goes down, why? Might have stumbled across a table that gives fail status reasons. I'll keep you posted what I come up with. 

Does 12.2 include support for Firepower or just ASA?
