Yes, it doesn't matter whether the admin account is used or an admin-equivalent, the checkboxes are still grayed out. We have the latest-and-greatest updates for Orion, but haven't been given the go-ahead yet to upgrade it. I figure if it's currently broken, we should fix it before upgrading. Similar issue here, only the checkboxes to acknowledge alerts are grayed out. Clicking on "Select All" does absolutely nothing. It's the same whether you're directly on the server or not. We're running Orion 9.5 SP5. Thanks in advance.
