The key for using lll8lll 's SQL is to make sure you're putting the proper GUID of the correct custom poller in the correct section of the SQL. Specifically, this SQL: LEFT OUTER JOIN ( SELECT SUBSTRING(CS.RowID, 1, 2) as RowID, IsNull(CS.Status, 0) as Value, CA.NodeID FROM Orion.NPM.CustomPollerStatus CS INNER JOIN…

Or worse, lining everything up to find out that for some reason Network Atlas shifts several labels over 100px to the left. I am dealing with this right now. I have NO idea why it's doing this, but it's killing me.

From what I've been able to track down, and have stopped looking for more information on this, it really depends on HP firmware version. They changed something in a later firmware update, and it killed hardware health monitoring. Yeah, SolarWinds wants you to build all this custom stuff and I got tired of fiddling with it.…

Dude, this was a lifesaver, thank you. I just got off a call with the SWSD folks talking about our implementation hours, and they fixed it for us using the same solution. Thanks again.

That is exactly what our network security guy did, except he did so on the firewall. Thanks for the suggestion.

I used the MiB browser and searched on that MiB. Is this helpful to this discussion?

I have also done a "List Resources" and made sure the Hardware Health Sensors were selected. Most other HP switches I've added have polled hardware health fine.

I have the same issue with this model switch. I did a SNMP walk, and I see the following for OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.1.2.4.1.3.1 = OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.160 .1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.1.2.4.1.4.1 = STRING: "HP J9850A Switch 5406Rzl2, revision KB.16.02.0014, ROM KB.16.01.0006…

I hate to necro a thread, but I also hate to have a bunch of duplicate posts. I am having this issue as well with a couple of HP Proliant ML350P Gen 8's. It's an HP Insight Agentless management server. Hard to tell what Systems Insight stuff was actually installed on the server, but hardware health is NOT listed when I…

I'll have to look into this, thank you! How does the running/startup mismatch report pie chart work, then? Do you do something to exclude these devices from that comparison?

This is exactly what I am doing as well.

I am having some issues with this template, and I'm not sure where to even start in figuring out what is going wrong. First off, a little about our environment. We have a clustered WebLogic environment with multiple virtual servers hosting 2 managed weblogic servers apiece in addition to the admin server, which we're not…

E-mail sent. We have a couple interconnected fiber rings that provide connectivity for our electrical substations. We use the maps to help us troubleshoot problems with some of these switches (which are sadly flaky.) On one of these fiber networks, the switches will occasionally just stop working. When we get eyes on the…

tonybarrett , What firmware are you running on this troublesome switch? I have 4 of these switches, and they're all working just fine. I have one that is not reporting hardware health, which is running on v16.02.0014.
