I have resolved my issue. It seems that the problem had to do with firefox and the swtoolset not being installed. On a whim, I decided to try to create a view limitation using Internet Explorer and when I accessed the server, it asked if I wanted to install the swtoolset. I was then able to use the view limitation feature…
