We participate in a local e-cycle program for obsolete hardware and recycle old batteries. We also re-appropriate old equipment whenever it can still provide a use to the company. If there is no risk of data loss we also consider selling old tech on ebay.

Would also love to have the ability to assign a client to a ticket that does not have an assigned client. the app won't let you save notes unless there is an assigned client, but you can only assign a client from the web interface.

I got into IT during my time in the US Navy. I kind of like the inconsistency, I think that consistency can breed complacency. Real world environments, and real world faults aren't consistent.

Yes, I am using the apc external probe connected to a 9631network management card
