As someone who doesn't use PostgreSQL perhaps the screenshots linked make more sense to others. But I cannot figure out where it is noted saying what a 'row' is called.

I have so many requesters put @ someone and are confused why it doesn't link or why the person cannot see the ticket.

I either over or under thought today's question - Jan 22. Because I did answer all that were true based on the link to the Hybrid Cloud Documentation. and somehow that was incorrect and the correct answer only showed one selection. On review, read VERY carefully.

Perhaps you need more understanding of the SQL Server tool, but I cannot figure out the Mission Shortcut. Would have been interesting to learn something new.

Yes! I just had someone from another team ask me if there was an option for Yesterday, because right now they have to go in and manually change the date on their widget every day.

Or even a way to clone a current solution would be helpful! We have a solution that we call a template, but you still have to copy/paste.

I've seen where an agent fills in the fields first, rather than clicking Request and then submitting the form. Though when I go in and set the field again to Not Set it hasn't reverted back, at least we haven't had that happen recently.

I wish I was only doing basic Google searches. I have seen a lot of four-letter, hydenated phrases but none fit the clue structure. Honestly, I would have just been happy for 8 to show the correct answer when I had it incorrect so I could look it up and learn something I clearly know nothing about.
