Thanks. That did indeed solve the problem. But I would wonder then, why do we need to turn that on, if when we open a normal CSV file (and don't have that option on) it goes ahead and shows the vertical bars. It was the fact that they showed up for that file but not for this, even with the -d argument, that confused me.…
