It is possible to create a custom view for just a single user and then assign them to that view. However, if you then give that user permissions to change views they will have the ability to change not only the view that they are assigned but any other view as well.

Setup an application monitor with an HTTP component monitor for each site. Modify the HTTP component monitors to point to the sites that you wish to monitor.

Generally when you add pollers to a view you can set them to not display if there is no data available. You end up with node views that only have pollers displayed that are relevant because any of the ones without data wont show up.

For the devices that are missing ports, click on the List Resources on the Node Details resource and make sure that all of the interfaces you wish to see are checked as resources to be monitored.
