The appropriate way for this to be implemented would be through Roles or Template accounts. I would absolutely love for this feature to be added as I have to manage accounts for all of our customers.

I have decided that the truncation issue probably isn't a huge problem. While it certainly prevents the more useful information getting captured from the log, I can always provide additional information in the alert email that I send.

Sure thing Marie! I have found that initiating a "Poll Now" on the application will unwedge any components within that application; however, this is only a work around. Support is still working with me on a more long term solution.
