  • From the looks of it setting up the report this way should work. I believe it's pulling the time that each tech was assigned on a ticket and the ticket was open. So it should show then how long each tech was working on a ticket. Hope this helps! Brendon
  • It sounds like this may be an issue with the way you have the Approval Process set up that is preventing you from seeing this or you don't have a valid ticket created yet that matches your approval process.   • Hi, This is a very strange bug but I was able to find a workaround. If you set the start date to 12/31/18 and have the time set to 12:01 am you should get it to start running on 1/1/20. Attached is a screenshot. I hope this helps! -Brendon
