  • Exactly. Per question 1...My boss's ticket would never automatically go to the front of the queue, someone like that would understand there's a system for a reason. No one is above the law, so to speak. These are not great questions. Which is a shame as I feel like I learned a lot last month
  • Radioteacher Exactly. The simple ability to select a color palette would be very helpful. This could be built into a 'night' theme roll out as well.
  • We have one user here who is completely colorblind, and another that issues with a few colors. Solarwinds specifies the colors somehow, it doesn't seem like it would be too hard to create a button to allow that to be changed. It's worth noting that 1 in 12 men are colorblind, although the percentage of women is much lower.

  • Just read the documentation on this one. It is fine, provided you meet the server resource requirements for a multi-module install. We have 4 modules active on our Orion installation, and are about to add a fifth.
