Having same issue. This is usually not the case, generally restarting the whd services fixes this but for some reason that no longer seems to be the fix.

Same, doesn't work for us either and we are newest and greatest version. Past 3 versions it has not worked even with updated cert.

Have the status be hidden from filter so it doesnt show in default queue, client & tech reminders on.
