So if we find multiple IP's belonging to a single node within a discovery profile we de-duplicate them. However, if you have multiple discovery profiles setup and added a node via one and we found another IP address for the same node on the other, we currently do not block you from adding that. I have added an enhancement…

Are you using the image as a background to a map or a linked background?

Talked with Notepager Support, dang x64 is your issue. Try this: These are the Server 2008 64-bit installation steps for NotePager Pro: 1) Download the latest installation file for NotePager Pro: www.notepage.net/.../notepagerpro.exe 2) When asked if you want to run or save it, you want to Save it to the Desktop. 3) After…

Server 2008 is not the best at assigning "real" COM ports to USB devices. Chances are, your cell device was assigned a virtual COM port... which NotePager Pro can't access. My best recommendation, in situations like these, is to reinstall the device using the manufacturer provided, Server 2008 specific driver. DON'T let…

Thank you for reporting this, we will look into it and may come back to you if we have any questions or cannot reproduce.

Understand the point and this general philosophy aligns with my thoughts for NPM. For example, we moved Wireless monitoring into NPM in 9.5, select a couple vendors and went deep in monitoring them. If you look at the current what we are working on post for NPM, you see we are doing this now for Fiber Channel switches.
-
I don't believe this is required
-
So with 9.5 we integrated Wireless Management into NPM including support for controllers, are you still on 9.1?
-
We are adding Controller/Thin AP support in the first half of the year
-
You should be able to do this today. In Network Atlas you need to switch the top tab/ribbon to "Edit" and in this ribbon there is a section called auto-arrange which gives you various option to auto layout the elements on the map
-
If it keeps happening, be sure to open a support ticket. We have made some more improvements in 9.5 and continue to do so with each and every release
-
Sounds like you already have a support ticket, might also want to go to latest and see if anything changes, we released 9.5 SP1
-
Can ya'll please open a support case on this please
-
The Juniper devices must be using a non-standard OID or something different than what we are looking for. You will have to create a UnDP in the meantime to gather this. See here , here here for some that the community have created

I spoke with R&D and, we don’t have this error message in MRC, which would mean that it is a system error message. To find out what is wrong there we need more info (logs, screenshots, etc…).
-
Best route is to open a support case to get quickest resolution
-
OK I am going to have an SE reach out to you to look at this and figure out what is going on.
-
Not yet, Dynamic Service Groups are not available in the group by, although no reason we shouldn't add it there
-
#1 - we are for sure looking at doing this. There were some complexity I won't go into here and why we did not do in 10.0 #2 - see here. If this does not cover you please post on that thread what you would like to see #3 - you should be able to do this today, what are you trying to do? #4 - so yes and no. This may not…

No, we are not going to device based, the licensing will work the same as today, just you will use SW licensing system going forward. So if you purchased a single copy, you license a single copy. If you purchased a site, country or enterprise license, you can activate as many copies as those tiers allow.
-
Are you still seeing this? SP4 is out now, please apply that and see if your problem clears up
-
Got it, this is a known enhancement to advanced alerts we have on the list to do in a future release.
-
superdave, why do you want to export to PDF this page?
-
Brian is correct, you cannot do this today, this is an open enhancement request we have filed in the system
-
Is that script something that is sharable?
-
Also see some of the details here Regarding Meru, just add the controller either manually via add node or via network sonar and within 10-15 mins you should see all your controller, thin ap and connected client data.
-
Some of this should be addressed by SP3, specifically #3. Once you apply SP3 please report back any issues you are still seeing
-
Do you currently have a support ticket open on this?
-
They are both in there and still on the list to enhance within the UnDP app. I have a bunch of items I have been queuing up from ya'll for UnDP
-
I would post that here, we just created an Alert Lab dedicated to this topic http://thwack.com/forums/174.aspx
