Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is you can use map variables, but that would be based on the interface and not the link itself.

You could write some custom asp.net pages to do this, but you have to be skilled in this technology. We have no native tools to write these custom pages. If you can pull the same data via SNMP you can put it in a table with UnDP, but it won't look like the native resources

With 9.5 you can go from ICMP to SNMP, but you cannot currently go from SNMP back to ICMP, that is an open enhancement request

Are they logging in with their domain/username? Are they trying the Windows password to log in?

It's hard to tell just looking at those error messages, but I would recommend going to SP4 or 5. SP5 is only required if you want to run IPAM 1.5, otherwise you can load SP4, your call

So with 10.0 and NCM 6.0 we added a notes section which allow NCM scripts to insert data into an alert, like a show command or the running config. This is currently not user editable, but this is something we for sure plan on adding in a future release.
