If you go to the Setting (old admin link) in NPM 10.1 and in the lower right side choose the link license details you should find all you need there. Regarding the 2010.2 etc. this is not a product you buy, but relates to the common infrastructure. Core 2010.2 = NPM 10.1

I have this filed, but it is more in the middle of the pack in the grand scheme of feature demand. When we get to it, I will make sure it is covered in the what we are working on post.

We left the old support.ipmonitor.com portal intact, you can log into it as guest to access alot of the old data, but to do day to day stuff like submit tickets or download software etc. you have to go to the sw.com support portal

There is a readme in the zip file for the MIB DB you download, but here is the content: SolarWinds MIB Database UpdateBuild: 09/23/2009 This update to the MIB database includes the latest standard vendor MIBs, along with those supplied by SolarWinds customers previous to the above build date. The following products take…

If you drill down on the blade I believe, you can get the status of PSU/Fans
-
What you can do as well is add the OS on the blades as a node like you have and put them all in a Dynamic Service group with the UCS chassis and you can get rollup status there.
-
I just pinged you offline so we can look at this and see what is going on
-
Only 10.1

Of course. We had a defect in 9.5, which we resolved with SP4 whereas for Thin AP's we were adding the virtual interfaces automatically, one for each channel. This was incorrect, our intention was not to charge you licenses for Thin AP's we charge you for the controller. So we had users seeing their interface license count…

Are you seeing the trap come into Orion?

The invite will go out very soon to all NPM customers with active maintenance. You will get an email with a sign up site and will get notified from there, so stay tuned

Nothing I can communicate or commit to at this time
-
You can still add it and only put poll for ESX via the API, you will not get volumes, interfaces and ESX CPU/Memory, but you will get the list of guests and stacked charts
-
See here for more info on scheduling PDF in what we are working on
-
If you need to install a poller on another site, then yes. We are looking at providing more flexability going forward, but this is what we have today. You could also deploy an SL100 at that site and use EOC to roll them up together into a single console, but you would need SQL at that site as well.

So NCM ships with an integration module, which was enhanced in NCM 5.5, you can see what the latest version looks like here So what does integrated mean to you?

When we release SP4, I would upgrade to that and see how things are performing and then re-evaluate the hardware question. If you are an active customer under maintanance, when we release you can download it from your customer portal. I can't tell you the release date, but we are working on it.
-
Cool let me know after you upgrade to SP3 how things are. I sent your feedback over to the Kiwi PM, thank you.
-
Sorry that would have been helpful, you can get from here
-
How many and what alerts do you have setup?
-
We are looking into improving map load performance, this is already logged into our system
-
It was a great question, I had to go and double check myself. Unfortuantly I do not have a great answer, I could not see where the Default Summary View comes into play and is linked from, I am still looking into
-
Ah that was going to be my next question. Since you have seperate web servers then you should run the custom property editor on the additional server and run the update report schemas command.
-
Also, what does your Orion server look like? How many elements are you monitoring on your poller?
-
Couple options, you can just add them as ICMP only nodes or To disable all wireless polling, you have to run:UPDATE NPM_DEVICES SET Enabled = 'False' WHERE DvcId LIKE 'Wireless.%' and RowStatus=0UPDATE NPM_NODES SET DvcID = null, OrigDvcID = null, State = 3, PollerJobID = null, SecondaryPollerJobID = null WHERE State = 5

You are correct, we have an work item open to enhance this. What currently happens is even if you would set each subnet at one day of week for every 168 hours, it would start to slowly shift (new discovery is scheduled after previous is finished), which is why you are seeing the drift.

Yes, License Manager has proxy server support now.For the “Will you be updating this app to work with a proxy autoconfig script?”This is still an open request.
-
Thanks, got the Sierra Wireless items logged
-
Thanks, got them both logged
