So revert back to what 10.0?
-
Anyone out there in the community have any thoughts or recommendations?
-
Not currently today, this is actually something we have on our roadmap to allow other node sub-metrics like cpu, memory etc to affect node status.
-
Thank you, we will be sure this is logged accordingly.
-
I think you will want to check out are APM product
-
There are two UnDP's on the Thwack Content Forum if you search for bgp on the content section of thwack, not sure if those will give you what you are looking for
-
Log file rotation is only available in the paid version.
-
Point taken and to answer you, no this is not in 10.0, but I can assure you this is high on my list, just have alot of high things on my list based on what I hear from ya'll in the community :)

We don't have anything we formally publish at this point in time

We are addressing some of the issues with Huawei in the release we are working on, I need someone who can help us confirm the fixes and participate in our beta. If you can, please send me a PM via thwack
-
As mentioned in the other reply, you can use the Universal Device Poller to gather this info, if you need more info on how to use this utility, we have an online tutorial here Adding more native support for Huawei is on the roadmap.

I have not heard or seen this from other. What is the differences in the searches? Ticket might be best to dig into deeper.

Unmanaging an interface is meant more towards maintanance windows, whereas unplugged is meant more towards user ports that will be going up and down without any rhyme or reason, for example, a user shutting down their laptop at the end of the day and going home. You are monitoring that port, but don't want to get alerts…
-
I double checked with Dev here and we won't poll stats if the interface is not "up".
-
I believe this is fixed in the next version of Orion. The RC will be out soon, so you can take that if you are an active customer under maintenance.
-
Are you getting any errors or messages back? Here is a doc which explains how AD Auth works and common issues and how to fix them.
-
I would recommend opening a support case to investigate
-
Which report do you wish to view in Orion, most reports should be available with the Orion Web Console, you might just need to edit a resource and add that view. If you go to Admin -> Manage Views, click Network Summary Home for example and click add (+) you will get a list of views you can add.

If SNMP is not configured on your server, we have a free tool which can help you do this, see here. If you think SNMP is installed and setup then connect to the server and go to Services. If you see a service called SNMP Service, ensure it is running and right click on it and select properties. On the security tab are the…

Something we will review and consider for a future release, but just to set expectations this is not on our short term plans meaning next release we are working on.
-
What is it reporting? Odd that this is happening on the same IOS rev. We are just pulling back what the device gives us. Might be worth opening a ticket with us and Cisco to investigate
-
Do they support the 802.11 MIB?
-
It sounds like the SNMP agent is not configured properly on some of those Dell servers. What agent are you using? You could also Wireshark to see if the request/response is working and just not being processed?
-
This is something I have on my list to add to the product, however no timelines I can commit to.
-
I think you may have better traction posting this to the APM forum. Marie, can you move it over there please?
-
Can you tell me more about your environment/install setup?
-
We have heard something similar, but can't tell from the post if it is the exact issue. Best plan of attack is to open a ticket so we can investigate and see what is going on and get you back on track.
-
Not directly no. With NPM 10.1 we do integrate with AD so if you integrate RSA with AD and then use the auto-passthru login that may work for you
-
So you want Manage Node via right click? You could look at extending the toolset integration by editing the SWToolset.MenuOptions file. Not sure if it will give you what you are looking for, but might be worth a shot
