Our Process is manual. Image Build then a process that touches the SAN, Backup, and Monitoring Teams to manually implement their part. And our Decomm Process, if you call it that is also manual. And our part as the Monitoring Team, usually includes an alert on the server and a subsequent "Oh, yeah, we decommed that."
