Totally agree on this. We have 3 levels of alerts. We have an oncall. The first trigger is set to send only if the issue has been in a state for more than 10 min. and the oncall doesn't get alerted until level 2. This way our oncall person doesn't get hit with things that will clear themselves in 10 min. But, they are…
