I've had my ticket escalated all the way up to the IPAM developers and their response was that the routers/switches must support ALL of the OID's listed, otherwise your SOL. I'm having the same issue with one of my clients SQL server. I checked everything (FW, EventLogs, SW logs, etc..) but no luck. I opened a ticket with Solarwinds support and waiting for a resolution.

Thanks, I tried that and it does not show up either. The only way to get rid of the " One or more interfaces are in an Unknown state" is to "list resource" and re-discover the interface.

Good question but no the passwords are not disabled or locked out. Yeah, we plan to upgrade in the next month or so. Until I figure this out, I can switch back to using the local SW account for now.
