How many votes are required before the feature request is moved to next stage?

we recently upgraded our shoretel to 14.2 and it has some inbuilt monitoring and diagnostic tools which are helpful for troubleshooting.

any update on this?

I Opened a ticket with solarwinds for this issue. They say that we only need to Move NTA to a new server if we are planning to upgrade NTA to version 4.0

Thank you. From what i understand , IP SLA will only work with Cisco Devices. Going back to my initial question , is there a plan in future to include Shoretel?

We are using the NPM for shoretel Switches using SNMP which gives us only UP/DOWN and Usage statistics. We are using SAM for shoretel Server to monitor the services status. Will IP SLA give us more features? if so what are they?

I heard that we need to maintian a seperate database server for NTA if we want to upgrade to NPM11. I am currently running NPM10.7 and would like to upgrade to NPM11. I am running NTA 3.11.0 . Can someone tell me if i need to move my NTA database to a seperate server if i want to upgrade to NPM 11 ?

Are there any plans in future by Solarwinds to provide this feature for shoretel devices without using any other third party hardware like Appneta?
