Turns out the polling engine was different than the Trap IP I had configured, so I changed the Trap IP, but still no luck. Btw, the device shouldn't need to reset since one of the major selling points of this power supply is that it can be remotely configured and operated.

The device is a minuteman power supply. I configured the trap destination to our NOC, but it could be there's a specific server we use. I'll ask someone here. Tried, the reset, no luck. Thanks for the suggestion though.

The interface speeds are both set to 10.0 Gbps, but we do have an SQL server. I saw some stuff about SQL in another thread, but if these are loopback interfaces with dynamic speed settings, would the Configured Interface Speed even show up in NPM? This issue kind of resolved itself yesterday. I was asked to change the IP and SNMP credentials on the switch and the new configuration worked just fine. Sorry to waste your time, I'll update the status of the discussion.

Unfortunately I don't think I could get the polling engine restarted, just because I'm only doing some testing and asking someone to restart the entire polling engine for some tinkering around is probably not going to happen. Some more info. Only 2 out of 3 interfaces show the ridiculous utilization; this is normal, the one interface has never shown high utilization. Maybe there is an issue gathering information about the interfaces?

A co-worker sent me a file with all the Cerent MIB definitions, and I found the OID. But thanks Richard, that's good info for the future.
