I think what you are looking for is in the WebUserSettings table.

Do you want to construct a report, or just ne able to view a list of assigned pollers? If you want a report, open a new report of the type Current Status of Nodes, then choose the variables Node Name and Poller Name. Thata should show all pollers assigned to each node. You can also view the pollers from within the UnDP by…

Ideas anyone?

Insert the where statement as: WHERE Interfaces."WAN" = 1 1 is True and 0 is No. See if that works.

In a word, you can get that report. You can narrow the time frame using a custom setting and you can limit the report to selected devices if you wish. The data can be easily summarized by the hour over the designated time frame.

You can export the nodes with IP addresses from NCM to a text file. Then, use the Specific Nodes option in NPM network Discovery. Populate the list of nodes from the text file. One IP address per line, then complete the discovery. After that, you can use the default job in NCM to keep the two databases synchronized…

Is the alert you are using set to trigger at the first down event for this application? Which is ti say, is the timer at the bottom of the trigger condition tab set to zero seconds? If so, you could try setting this timer to some multiple of the polling interval for the application. That way, the application would have to…

I am running NCM v7.4 and seeing this same issue still. Specifically, the pie chart claims numerous issues between startup and running configs, but when I do a comparison between the latest configs of each type, there are NO differences. I should mention that the nightly download job is downloading both configs, but is…

I did find a way around this issue by using "Views by device type". If you set the specific tab as the view for your device type, it will be the one that loads by default.
-
I see the same behaviour with 11.5.3.

Yes, you can use the "Unmanage Scheduling Utility" on your SolarWinds server to set up an unmanage job, then use the Windows Task Scheduler on the server to set your schedule.
-
You should be able to post your request to a thread called "Tell us your unknown devices" That way SW can consider including the proper MIB(s) in a future update. For the near term, have you tried configuring any custom pollers for your devices using the Custom Poller wizard?

See this post from Denny LeCompte:

Never mind I think! Only pollers configured on a table based OID will be viewable in a table format. I was also getting table here mixed up with the tabular appearance of the "Universal Device Poller Status" resource that shows data for all pollers assigned to a node or interface. Right?
-
What is the polling rate on each of your polling engines? What SW apps are installed?
-
I have witnessed this phenomenon. The issue was resolved when I disabled UAC on the SolarWinds server.

Kellie, I just wanted to double check the time we set aside for the 19th. I have it as 9:30AM CST. Is that correct? Brett Organ Corona

It looks like you could do this with a report where a custom property is used to filter the report to show historical netflow traffic for only certain interfaces. First, create an Interface custom property as a Yes/No type and assign a Yes value to only the flow source interfaces that you want to see in the report. Then,…

I would try using four separate condition groups, all under an "ANY" qualifier. Each individual condition group would consist of the series of simple conditions you designated, all under an "ALL" qualifier. In this way, anytime either one or more of the specific condition groups is true, you would get alerted. To make sure…

I would think the SystemOID would give the manufacrurer and another poller constructed with the UnDP would give you the model number. Would that work for you?
-
If you mean the Port Details resource on the UDT Port Details view, then it is already there: Is that not what you are referring to? If not, then you may need to create a web report and display it as a resource on the desired web view.
-
It has been removed in favor of the new Universal Device Poller. Go to Start-->Programs--> Solarwinds Orion-->Universal Device Poller.
-
Any help on this?

My understanding is that the OOB "node reboot" alert does indeed use the OID referring to the status of the SNMP agent, which as you said, does not accurately reflect a true node reboot. Another recent thread I saw talked about using the UnDP tool to configure a poller using the 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.1.1 OID as the system uptime.…

The NodesData table should have a column for "EngineID". The Engine table will show the name of the polling engines.

You should be able to use the Flow Navigator tool to configure an Domain view query. The resulting view could then contain a Top XX Endpoints, Receivers and/or Transmitters resources to identify the endpoints using the bandwidth. Did you try this?

One option would be to create a Yes/No type custom property (for example, "dcserver") and assign the property to the servers, This would create a group. Then use Report Writer to construct a report that queries the Availability field and uses the AVERAGE function, along with the dcserver field. This should yield the…

It looks like your second trigger condition is for the threshold and not for the actual statistical value of the counter. So, since the critical threshold is always less than one (zero), the alert is in a constant triggered status. Change you second trigger to point to the actual statistical value and it should work.…

The MIB file you downloaded should contain a ReadMe file that tells you exactly where to copy the unzipped file to. I believe you will find that the two locations you mentioned belong to the NPM and NCM applications respectively. Both apps are updated when you copy the one MIB file to the directed locations.
