I think it is because you chose "any" of the three conditions on your suppression alert tab. If you want the alert to be suppressed IF the three conditions are met, you should change "any" into "all"

We are also having this problem too for a couple of years now, It would really help us if the field formatting could also be saved just like in NPM version 8.X
