Agree, far to easy for the user to bypass this useful feature. Please action, but only 2 months old request so who knows when it will be done, maybe after 12 months.

Agree, the majority of reports are averages, no real way to get a specific number, a report that shows the numbers of closed closed in a specific time frame, ie, withing an hour, within a day, are standard reports in other products and link directly to SLA, so why not in SolarWinds? Agree this is a very useful feature and much missed since we migrated to SolarWinds. I run a service desk and having calls auto refreshed is extremely helpful. I see the request is now 10 months old so not hoping it will be actioned soon, which is a shame.
