I never worked on a chord board but I did work on telephones in the era of 25-75 pair cable to hook up a Multi Line Phone. Tip, Ring, A, A1, Lamp Ground, Lamp, R1, and a diode matrix for routing the ring circuits to Ground.

Thanks for the write up. Some companies struggle with this basic task. They spend all their time and resources on setting up a CMDB tool, which in the end never works correctly and spend no time doing any type of actual inventory. Sad but true.
