It would be nice if you could manually add nodes to the ignore list.

To me the disadvantages still outweigh the advantages of social media. I guess I'm a bit Old School but through participation in local clubs, user groups, seminars, etc you will know enough people in person to negate the need for social outlets like LinkedIn. Eventually you get to know all of the players in your local area.

If you go to Manage Custom Properties the Import and Export are together on the screen After you have done it a couple times it's a pretty easy process.

The easiest way to prevent a lot of these crashes it to disable the ability for your cell phone to send/receive text it it detects you are moving more than 25 mph. It may be a bummer for the passengers but how many lives would be saved?

I think some key components to this are being a good listener, being flexible and not tied to a single solution and getting a good 50,000 foot view of the entire process before getting down in the weeds on any single subject. We still have a lot of groups that like to receive emails, but every alert still goes to our Network Operation Center, looked at by a person and then a ticket is generated if required.

Thanks for the write up. One of the biggest bandwidth hogs I have seen is one the users are usually not even aware of and that is automatic updates that get pushed out to the phone.
